Managing Director

Pastor AMAH A. ELEKWA Is dynamic and result-oriented professional with over 20 years dedicated working experience in the Banking Industry with the then AFRIBANK NIG PLC as Senior Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Accountant, Branch Internal Auditor/Controller, Regional Field Inspector, Corporate Service Delivery Manager and Branch Head of Operations.

He has over 10 years’ experience in Microfinance Banking.

He holds Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelors of Science (B.Sc) in Public Administration, a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCB), a registered member of International Financial Reporting Council (IFRC) and a member of other numerous professional bodies.

He is married, with four children.

Joseph Udiong

Joe is the Accountant of Allworkers MFB. He has several years of experience spanning more than 25years in the banking industry of which 14 was in a commercial bank having worked in virtually all the department in the defunct Hallmark Bank Plc. Some of these departments included operations, inspections credit and marketing, loan recovery and treasury. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds a bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc) in Accounting. He is a Certified Microfinance Practitioner (MCP).

Salomey Akalonu

Salomey is the Credit Manager. Highly skillful and consistent in ensuring success of the credit department visa- vis effective loan portfolio management of the bank.

She has over 13 years experience in Microfinance banking. Prior to her employment in March, 2008, she had worked with Tyoshin Comminity Bank Naka Benue State. She is a versatile Staff.

She had worked in departments like: ICT, Branch Manager, Teller, and Fund Processing Unit. Salomey holds a degree in Accounting, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Business Administration Management and Microfinance Certified Banker (MCB).

She is a member of various professional bodies such as: Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Association of Professional Women Bankers (APWB).

She is happily married with Children.

Chigemezu Usoh

Chigemezu is the Internal Auditor. He has 7 years’ experience in banking, 3 of which he spent at the top managerial level. He has over 5years Microfinance banking experience.

He is graduate of Accountancy, has a CBN-MCP certifcate and holds a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Financial Management. Chigemezu has work in various “Operations” unit and is very good in financial analysis.

He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Vivian Inyama

Vivian is the Secretary of Allworkers Microfinance Bank and also the Head of Administrative Department with over 12 years experience. She has served as the Board Secretary for 12 years. She holds HND in Secretarial Administration, a Microfinance Certified Banker and a registered member of International Financial Reporting Council (IFRC). She possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make well thought out decision. I have a creative mind and always up for new challenges. She is enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hardworking person. She is a matured team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations. She is blissfully married with two children.
